Rights of Datamitum
Datamitum reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event in the following circumstances:
- Insufficient enrollments
- Instructor unavailability due to illness
- Force majeure events, including natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), political instability, or other unforeseen situations
2. Cancellations by Datamitum
If Datamitum cancels an event for any reason, 100% of the fees will be refunded to the delegate.
3. Cancellations by Delegates
- Within 48 Hours of Subscription: A 7% administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
- After 48 Hours of Subscription: No refund will be provided.
