Instructor unavailability due to illness

Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances
Cancellations by Datamitum

If Datamitum cancels an event for any reason, a 100% refund will be issued to the delegate.
Cancellations by Delegates

Within 48 Hours of Subscription: A 7% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

After 48 Hours of Subscription: No refund will be provided.
User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering or making transactions.

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of Datamitum and third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Datamitum shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or participation in events.
